Morning Java

Thursday August 25, 2011

My simple pleasure this week?

My morning cup of coffee.

Getting up early for school has made me value my morning coffee even more. Dunkin’ Donuts with a touch of Peppermint Mocha Coffeemate.

It's great on summer days too, but on school mornings, it’s a quiet, calming morning moment.

What’s your favorite?

Hmm that sounds good, except I rarely drink coffee anymore. Used to hand grind the beans and loved it, but somehow along the way, developed a love for herbal teas. Having two daughters whose children started school this week, I know how a soothing cup of coffee is such a pleasure. Blessings,
Lynn

fresh-ground starbucks french roast. my mother-in-law is my supplier. if i am buying - cafe bustello. it's a ground espresso in a lovely yellow can. i use it like regular coffee. can you tell i like it strong? i have to mix it with decaf to keep from having a heart attack!

my absolute fave is Wild Mountain Blueberry by Green Mountain but currently I am drinking French Roast by Melitta because we just got home from the cape/Gordon College and my fridge is empty of all the good stuff...:) but yes..that first cup of java really hits the spot....

I am drinking Folger decaf, with reg. creme, but the Peppermint Mocha sure sounds good to me. I must try it, Thanks for sharing.

I would hate to think of a world without coffee, especially morning coffee. It's just the perfect way to start the day.

I can relate to what you're saying about that morning cuppa....
I drink tea and it takes three cups to wake me up properly.......maybe one cup of good coffee would be worth a try...
